Is it time Essex artists and arts organisations had a new cultural network?

That’s the question being asked in a new survey launched by an informal coalition of artists, arts organisations and local authority reps from across the county.

What do you think? Could such a network help you access new funding, meet new partners, access new opportunities? Or would it be a pointless talking shop?
