Some Good News to Share in 2020!
We have positive news to share for creatives during these challenging times – the South East Creatives programme has been extended through to June 2021, including the outstanding non-repayable 35% top-up grant scheme, extended for a few more months. We hope our support can help boost businesses tackling the slow down during lock down.
This means our support for creative, cultural and digital businesses in the South East is robust with more grant funding, and over 30 new events, workshops and showcase opportunities. .
The top-up grant scheme (top-up projects of £3-4K), is receiving further investment – part-funded by ERDF – and these non-repayable 35% grants can be used in many ways – from buying new business equipment (from kilns to computers, and everything in between) website development and a whole raft of other investments giving creative businesses the best chance to diversify and keep ahead of the curve at a time when creative business stability is being severely tested.
As more creatives discover our help, our aim of enhancing growth in the creative sector develops further. With over 280 businesses across the South-East having already benefited from the South East Creatives grant programme, there is now capacity for more!
The next application deadline will be 12th November with ongoing rolling deadlines for the non-repayable grant scheme. Apply now if your creative business is in advertising and marketing, architecture, crafts, design, fashion, tv, film, radio, photography, IT, software, computer services, publishing, museums, galleries, libraries, music or the performing or visual arts (phew, the list goes on!) by getting in touch via the website
