Colchester Town Centre Awards open for nominations
Do you know a business that has gone above and beyond, and deserves recognition from the business community? Our Colchester Business Improvement District (BID) have launched a brand-new business award to celebrate business excellence in Colchester town centre.
You can nominate your favourite businesses to be in for the chance to win one of 13 awards including Best New Business, Best Employer, and the Service Excellence award. If you know a person who has gone above and beyond in their work, they can be nominated for specific awards too including Businessperson of the Year and Leader of the Year. Nominations are now open on the Colchester Town Centre Business Awards website https://www.colchesterbusinessawards.co.uk/
By nominating businesses, you are showing support for the town centre and helping to celebrate the hard work put in by so many to provide excellent services for those visiting the town. Plus, once nominations are closed there’s the exciting opportunity for you to vote on shortlisted businesses for three of the awards. BID Manager Sam Good says, “Our Colchester BID is thrilled to launch the Colchester Town Centre Business Awards. Not only is it a great way to celebrate the truly excellent businesses we have in our town centre, but it will also act as a great opportunity for business neighbours to meet and speak at the Colchester Town Centre Business Awards event.
If you are employed by or have visited a business that has gone above and beyond in the past year, please do nominate them for one of the 13 awards. Your support for these businesses is what makes Colchester such a great place to work and visit.”
